Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

Day 01 - Arrival in Nairobi & City Exploration
Arrive in Nairobi and get settled into your hotel. Spend the day exploring the vibrant city, visiting the Nairobi National Museum to learn about Kenyan history and culture.

Day 02 - Lake Naivasha Hippo Point & Crescent Island Walking Safari
Morning drive to Naivasha, approximately two hours from Nairobi. Spend the day at Lake Naivasha, visiting Hippo Point and heading out on a walking safari at Crescent Island, where you can walk among giraffes, zebras, and waterbuck with no barriers between you and the wildlife. Overnight in Naivasha.

Day 03 - Lake Nakuru National Park
Drive to Nakuru and spend the day inside the iconic Lake Nakuru National Park, famous for its large flocks of flamingos, white rhinos, lions, leopards, and buffalos. A full and rewarding day in one of Kenya's most celebrated parks. Overnight in Nakuru.

Day 04 - Menengai Crater & Drive to Maasai Mara
Start the morning with a visit to the Menengai Crater, one of the largest volcanic calderas in the world, with sweeping views over the Rift Valley. After the visit, hit the road and drive to the Maasai Mara, arriving in the evening in time for dinner. Overnight in the Mara.

Day 05 - Full Day Maasai Mara Game Drive & Maasai Village Visit
Early morning start for a full day game drive across the Maasai Mara, with excellent chances of spotting the Big Five in their natural habitat. In the evening, visit a Maasai village to experience the traditions, music, and culture of the Maasai people up close. Overnight in the Mara.

Day 06 - Drive Back to Nairobi & Departure
Morning drive from the Maasai Mara back to Nairobi. Transfer to the airport for your departure flight and head home with incredible memories of Kenya's landscapes, wildlife, and culture. End of trip.

VISA REQUIREMENTS: Please ensure that you apply for your entry visa at least one month before your departure date. You can apply online at etakenya.go.ke. Approval takes approximately 24 hours and a $35 government fee is payable during the application.

LUGGAGE ADVISORY: A day backpack is essential for travel to the Maasai Mara. Large suitcases can be stored securely in Nairobi and collected on your return.

WHAT TO PACK: Come prepared with bug spray, mosquito repellent, sunglasses, heavy-duty shoes or sneakers, a portable charger or power bank, a fanny pack for your passport and important documents, a day backpack, a flashlight, and binoculars, which are especially important during the safari drive.
